$1,500 to win Sportsman Feature May 14th at Fulton courtesy of Industrial Tire of CNY

The management of Fulton Speedway is pleased to announce that the feature winning Sportsman driver on Saturday, May 14th will walk away with a whopping $1,500 first place prize courtesy of the night’s event sponsor Industrial Tire of CNY. The winner will receive the regular weekly purse of $500, but a $1000 cash bonus will await the winner in victory lane. In addition, the company is posting a $100 bonus to each sportsman heat winner that night.

“When we looked at sponsoring the night, we wanted to make a splash,” said Dennis Beaudette of Industrial Tire, “We thought supporting the Sportsman with some extra dough was a great way to go.”

Annually one of the strongest fields at the Fulton Speedway, a large field of Sportsman competitors is expected to compete weekly again in 2011. This year, Sportsman teams will race on American Racer tires, the same tire used by Big Block Modified teams at the track.

“What a great way to get the new season cranked up for our sportsman teams. With the new tire program going into place, this makes the learning curve that much more important.” said Track Marketing Director Cory Reed, “Dennis is putting some big dollars out there to grab. Personally, I’m excited he’s supporting the Sportsman with this. They deserve it”,

Industrial Tire, located on Hiawatha Blvd E. in Syracuse, specializes in high quality sales and service of all types of tires, from commercial to small tow truck tires with all brand names. Their service and equipment is second to none and boasts a guarantee of high quality tires and performance. Industrial Tire is a strong supporter of both Fulton and Brewerton each year. The company is a season-long owner of a VIP Tower room at each track, and Beaudette can be found entertaining guests almost weekly at both tracks.
