FULTON, NY - August 28, 2012 (By Dave Medler) - There is just a month to go before one of the most prestigious Modified races in the Northeast, the 27th Annual Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 Weekend By SUNY Canton, Friday and Saturday September 28-29 at the Fulton Speedway. Below is the Modified rules package for the 2012 event

A. Must be a Modified Chassis and Body Per The DIRTcar Rule Book
B. Two Sail Panels Allowed. Must be even and be no more than 65" from the ground.
C. Tires: Hoosier D200 (LF)/D300/D400/M45/D50/D60- American Racer: Min. 33 Fronts. Min. 38LR Min. 44RR
D. Fuel: Racing Gasoline Only. Sunoco will be sold at the track.
E. No Time Trials. Draw For Heats In Front Of Grandstand
F. No Two-Way Radios. Raceceiver Mandatory-454.000
G. AMB Transponders Mandatory
H. Weight Rules.
Any Engine Over 477 C.I - 2600 Pounds.
DIRT Legal Big Block - 2500 Pounds.
Small Block 363 C.I & Over 2500 Pounds
Open 358 - 2450 Pounds.
